Administrative and front-desk users can use this facility to send SMS text messages to members' cell phones for these scenarios:
send to all club members whose text message preference is set to "All" (Broadcast to All), e.g. some message of general interest to members
send to all club members, regardless of their text message preference setting (Force Blast), e.g. some message of very high importance
send text messages to all club members who have reservations during a specific timeframe (Broadcast to Reserved), e.g. to announce a rain delay
The system message settings above, result in these messages being displayed at the top of the main reservation screen, as well as on the bottom of the reservation confirmation emails.
